This Privacy Policy explains how anymodl collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://anymodl.com.

What We Collect

• Email address — collected at signup. Used to authenticate your account and send essential service emails (receipts, low-balance alerts).
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and transaction records. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — model used, token counts, cost, and timestamps per request. Used for billing and your dashboard.
• Prompts and completions — your prompts are forwarded to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others via OpenRouter) to generate responses. These providers process your input under their own privacy policies. We retain minimal request metadata for billing; we do not permanently store the full text of your conversations.
• Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps). Used for security and abuse prevention. Retained briefly and not shared externally.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To route API requests to model providers and return results.
• To calculate and display your usage on your dashboard.
• To send transactional emails. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your prompts to train AI models.
• We do not track you across other websites or share data with advertisers.

Third-Party Providers

To deliver the Service we share data with: AI model providers (to fulfill requests); Stripe (payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy); and hosting infrastructure providers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and usage records while your account is active. To request deletion of your personal data, email hello@anymodl.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process the request within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@anymodl.com with the subject "Privacy Request."

Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and limited-access infrastructure. No system is completely secure — keep your API key confidential and use a strong password.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
