2. The Service

anymodl provides access to third-party AI language models and related services via a unified API and web interface. We act as a reseller and intermediary — we do not train or operate the underlying models. Model availability, output quality, and pricing may change without notice based on upstream provider changes.

3. Accounts and Credits

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• Credits are prepaid and consumed per request at published rates. See our Refund Policy for credit-refund terms.
• Free promotional credits may be provided at our discretion and may be limited, expire, or be withdrawn at any time.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and API key confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, violate upstream model-provider policies, send spam, or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Credits are applied to your account balance upon successful payment and consumed per request at published rates.

6. Prompt and Usage Data

Your prompts are transmitted to third-party AI model providers to fulfill your requests. By using the Service you acknowledge that your input may be processed by these providers subject to their own data policies. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions without independent verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, anymodl's total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
