Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of anymodl (anymodl.com) and all services accessed through it — AI chat and generation (text, image, video), embeddings, search, domains, DNS, and email. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to this policy. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use anymodl to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:
Illegal and exploitative material
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities and NCMEC where required.
- Content that facilitates human trafficking, terrorism, or violent extremism.
Dangerous information
- Instructions to create weapons (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive) or to cause mass casualties.
- Content designed to compromise security (malware, ransomware, exploit code, credential theft, phishing kits).
Harm to others
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of an individual.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real identifiable people without consent.
- Content that incites violence or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Deception and fraud
- Impersonation of a real person or organization to deceive; fabricated content presented as authentic (fraudulent documents, deepfakes intended to mislead).
- Spam, scams, or content supporting fraudulent schemes.
- Academic or professional dishonesty where prohibited by the relevant institution. [jurisdiction-dependent]
Platform and third-party abuse
- Circumventing our rate limits, credit system, moderation, or security controls.
- Reselling access in violation of your plan, or scraping our catalog/system for a competing enumeration.
- Violating the terms of any underlying model or service provider we route to. You are responsible for lawful, policy-compliant use of the outputs.
2. Email-specific rules
If you use anymodl to send email, you additionally agree:
- No unsolicited bulk email (spam). Only send to recipients who have consented.
- Every marketing message must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism and a valid physical postal address (CAN-SPAM / applicable law).
- Accurate From/Subject headers; no header forgery.
- We enforce sending-rate limits and verified senders; we may suspend sending that harms our IP reputation or triggers spam complaints. [align with ESP/CAN-SPAM master]
3. Domain and DNS rules
If you register or manage domains/DNS through anymodl:
- Provide accurate registrant information; registries require it and false data can forfeit the domain.
- No registration for phishing, malware distribution, or trademark/cybersquatting abuse.
- You are bound by ICANN policies and the registry's terms for each TLD. [LAWYER]
4. Moderation and enforcement
- We operate automated pre-generation safety checks and may review usage that triggers our systems. We do not proactively monitor all content, but we investigate reports and signals.
- Consequences scale with severity: warning, content refusal, rate reduction, suspension (reversible), or ban (account terminated). Illegal content → immediate ban + reporting to authorities.
- Suspension/ban is enforced at the account/API-key level before any request is processed. A suspended user sees a notice directing them to hello@anymodl.com.
- We may refund or forfeit remaining credits on termination depending on the reason (see our Subscription Terms). Credits obtained or used through abuse are forfeited.
5. Reporting abuse
Report policy violations, illegal content, or security issues to hello@anymodl.com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and act promptly on illegal-content reports. Include the account/content reference and a description.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP as our services, the law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
