Subscription & Billing Terms

1. What you're buying
anymodl is a software service (SaaS). Payments buy usage of the service, metered in anymodl credits. Credits are a prepaid usage allotment for our service, not a stored-value instrument, gift card, or general-purpose account balance.
- Credits are only redeemable for anymodl services. They cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn as cash.
- Subscription plans include a monthly usage allotment expressed in credits; overage (if enabled) is billed per use.
- This framing is deliberate to keep us a SaaS provider and not a money-services/stored-value business. [LAWYER — confirmed with counsel + Stripe before scaling]
2. Plans and pricing

Per-model and per-service pricing is shown before use. Metered services debit credits at the published rate. We never charge below our cost.
3. Auto-renewal disclosure
Your paid subscription renews automatically. By subscribing you authorize anymodl (via Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price each month until you cancel. Specifically:
- The plan, price, and billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Renewal occurs automatically at the start of each billing period at the then-current price.
- We will notify you of any price change before it takes effect. [LAWYER — some jurisdictions require advance notice + affirmative consent for auto-renew and for price changes]
- You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription → Cancel) or by emailing hello@anymodl.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds — you keep access through the period you paid for. If a charge was made in error or you cancel immediately after an unintended renewal, contact hello@anymodl.com within 7 days and we'll consider a refund in good faith.
- Prepaid credits: unused, un-consumed credit top-ups are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, minus any credits already used and minus non-recoverable payment-processing fees where applicable. [LAWYER — EU consumers may have stronger statutory withdrawal rights]
- Failed generations: if a generation fails on our side or a provider's side, credits for that unit are automatically refunded to your balance — you are not charged for failed output.
- Credits are forfeited (no refund) if the account is terminated for a policy/AUP violation.

5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Chargebacks filed without first contacting hello@anymodl.com may result in suspension while we investigate.
6. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Where required, tax is added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us. [LAWYER — VAT/GST/sales-tax registration thresholds may apply as you scale]
7. Changes
We may change plans, prices, or this policy prospectively. Existing subscribers get notice before a price change affects them and may cancel before it takes effect.
