Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using anymodl. This policy explains when and how refunds are available.
Prepaid Credits
Credits are prepaid and consumed per API request. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@anymodl.com with the subject "Refund Request."
- Include the email address on your account and the approximate purchase date.
- We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
Only unused credits are eligible for refund. Credits already consumed by API requests are non-refundable. After 30 days, credits are non-refundable but do not expire — they remain in your account indefinitely.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the period already paid for.
- We do not issue partial-month refunds for billing periods that have already begun.
Promotional and Free Credits
Free or promotional credits (e.g., sign-up bonuses) have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If you are charged for a request that failed due to a confirmed error on our end, contact us and we will credit your account for the affected requests after review.
